Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies on the ipswelding.pl website (the “Website”). Effective from 18 July 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is IPS WELDING spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Lewniowa, Lewniowa 337, 32-864 Gnojnik, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000981314, NIP (tax ID) 8692005347, REGON 522533057 (the “Controller”).

2. What data we process and where it comes from

We only process data that you provide voluntarily via the Website, together with basic technical data necessary for its secure operation:

  • contact form – first name, e-mail address and the content of your message,
  • job application form – full name, e-mail address, phone number, the position applied for and the attached CV (PDF file),
  • technical data – IP address and standard server logs, used solely to keep the Website secure and prevent spam (including limiting the number of submissions from a single IP address).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the forms – without it we will not be able to reply to your message or consider your application.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Handling enquiries sent via the contact form – based on our legitimate interest in corresponding with persons interested in our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the enquiry aims at concluding a contract – taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Recruitment – for data required by labour law the basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 221 of the Polish Labour Code; for any additional data you provide (e.g. in your CV) – your consent expressed by submitting it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the Website – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

  • contact form data – for the time needed to handle your enquiry and then for the limitation period of potential claims,
  • recruitment data (including CVs) – until the recruitment process for the given position ends; if you give separate consent to future recruitments – no longer than 12 months,
  • technical data (logs, anti-spam data) – for a short period necessary to ensure security, no longer than 90 days.

5. Data recipients

Personal data may be entrusted to providers whose services we use to run the Website, only to the extent necessary to deliver those services:

  • hosting and e-mail providers (dhosting.pl – servers located in Poland),
  • providers of IT and technical support services.

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities entitled to receive it under applicable law. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Cookies

The Website uses only essential, technical cookies:

  • a cookie remembering your selected language version,
  • technical cookies related to performance and page caching.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Essential technical cookies do not require consent as they are necessary for the Website to work properly. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, including deleting and blocking them – this may, however, affect some Website features.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

10. Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process, in particular:

  • encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS certificate),
  • storing submitted recruitment files in a location that is not publicly accessible, with access limited to authorised persons,
  • restricting data access to persons bound by confidentiality obligations.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated, in particular following changes in the law or Website functionality. The current version is always available on this page.
